The
apartments are situated
in Crna Luka cove - island of
Korcula. House
is located in first row by the sea with only 10 meters distance
from the
apartment to the beach. In the ground
floor of the house is an accommodation where owner lives occasionally.
There is two apartments for rentals on the first level of
the house. Both the apartments are identical. Every apartment
has two rooms and sea view terrace. The paravan on the terrace
between the apartments can be easily removed in case that
two families together stay in the apartments. Surrounding
of the apartments is original Korcula's landscape, rich with
a stone terraces filled by greenery, mostly olives trees.

- First bedroom has a double bed
- Second bedroom has a double bed
- Rooms are equipped with a bed linen
- Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove, dishes)
- Every apartment has a living room with an additional
bed (TV set on demand)

- Both the apartments have a shaded terrace with a view
to the sea
- Grill is in the yard near the apartments
- Approach to the house is by stairs which leads from
the road and parking place
- Parking place is secured near the road 80 meters from
the apartments

- The closest grocery store is in Prigradica cove 2 km
from the apartments
- Better equipped shops are in Blato(4km), Vela Luka(6km)
